My passion for baking started at a young age.  My Grandmother baked nearly every day, whether it be homemade bread, pies, cakes, or cobblers. One day I asked her if she could teach me how to cook and bake. Her response still resonates with me... "No, I can't teach you, but you can watch and learn."  From that moment on, that's exactly what I did. 

As I got older, my Mother was a major influence in my baking.  She made incredible cakes and they became family party favorites.  She would bake for the holidays and send the neighborhood trays of goodies every year. I inherited that desire. I have been baking and sharing with family and friends for years.  

People have told me that I should open a bakery, and I have wanted to open a business for years, but timing and circumstances were always a factor.  I am finally able to bring my dream to fruition, and here I am. I've always loved baking for people, and now I'm taking it to the next level.
